public access to official records to the citizens within their
respective jurisdictional boundaries. This site is continuously maintained
to provide a simplified access method for the Open Public Records
Act in New Jersey.

This site provides convenient access to public records for businesses and
professionals that utilize and/or may require this information. It is
important to note that the access charges required for this web site service
are necessary to cover the expenses and costs for the staff, hardware,
software and communication technology which are utilized to provide this
service capability via the Internet. This web site provides a convenience
for all users to simplify their abilities to access this information.
Provisioning for this service is not funded by any government entity,
nor is this capability a requirement of the Open Public Records
Act.

The currently listed pricing for user account subscriptions and terms are
subject to change without notice at any time. Price changes may occur
frequently due to unpredictable growth due to demands and increasing impacts
on costs for providing this service. VitalGov.net will attempt to publish
these increases with a minimum effective date of change of at least thirty
days.

No notifications will be sent out to subscribers individually and it is the
sole responsibility of the user to verify prices prior to subscribing or
renewing their user account for this service.

No refunds or reversals of payments will be made for any reason.

Any modifications or options regarding pricing will be published
through this web site.

The pricing published on this web site is the service charge
that will be billed for all renewals and/or new subscribers.
- Any
modifications to subscription pricing will be charged for the next
following month to all monthly subscriptions for user accounts.

Current user accounts which are prepaid annual subscriptions will not be
affected during their current subscription term. Annual subscriptions will
not be charged any price increases until the current
subscription term expires. (Ex: An annual subscription fee which is paid for
in January 1, 2005 will not expire until January 1, 2006.)
- VitalGov.net does
not currently offer volume or multiple user account pricing at this time. Any interested entities that would require twenty
(20+) or more user accounts within a single organization,
should send an email requesting special discounted pricing
for annual subscriptions only. Please be sure to provide the
appropriate contact information for your organization and a client service
representative will be in contact with you as quickly as possible.
- Government
officials who are currently contracted with the providers of this service
requiring special access capabilities should contact us directly to insure
proper account verifications. These services are also available at any
contracted location for "Look Only" access for any
purpose of the contracting agency. This access is limited to currently
active employees of the contracting entity. Custodial officials of the
contracting entities should also contact us for special
enhanced service capabilities.

Any user account which expires will be required to register or renew at the
prices listed at the time and date as indicated on the web site without
exception.
